		<title>早睡早起习惯的养成</title>

		<description><![CDATA[貌似从6月份开始，自己就已经习惯地早上六点半或者7点醒来，然后有一种时间紧迫感就不想再趴床上赖觉。 不知道最近从哪里继承来的一种力量，每天早上醒来之后的第一感觉就是，我必须要起床，我要起床做事情。或者，再也不能迟到。 于是，搬到太太姑这边住的几天，每天早上我都是八点半左右就到公司，这简直是我工作这三年来的奇迹。公司里的阿姨看到我去那么早都觉得很惊讶。其实何况是他们，就连我自己都惊讶于自己的状态。甚至之前每逢周末的上午必定赖床的习惯也已经摒弃了，所以，就算是周末我起床的时间和工作日的时间都一样。 至于晚上几点睡觉，基本上绝对能够保证12点前入睡，没什么特别要紧的事情，除非临时特别想写点东西，或者看书看得比较投入的话，其他时候大概11点到11点半之间就可以睡觉了。 20天养成一个习惯的规律，已经验证了。我绝对已经坚持了一个月的时间了。 于是，作为小小的奖励，给自己买了鞋子、隔离霜等等（其实，只不过是想买东西而已，何必给自己这么多借口呢？呵呵）<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

<p>至于晚上几点睡觉，基本上绝对能够保证12点前入睡，没什么特别要紧的事情，除非临时特别想写点东西，或者看书看得比较投入的话，其他时候大概11点到11点半之间就可以睡觉了。</p>
<p>20天养成一个习惯的规律，已经验证了。我绝对已经坚持了一个月的时间了。</p>
<p>于是，作为小小的奖励，给自己买了鞋子、隔离霜等等（其实，只不过是想买东西而已，何必给自己这么多借口呢？呵呵）</p>
